What is it about the fall that makes us think of cold nights, mist on the road and old ghosts. It is no secret that the Hudson Valley is full of haunt places. Everything from roads, to hotels, houses, hospitals and even restaurants. Most attribute the amount of paranormal activity in our area to the history of the valley. Some even go are far as saying the Hudson Valley is a bit of a vortex, not necessarily attracting apparitions from another place but allowing the spirits from the area to roam freely in the afterlife.

So what do you think? Is it the rich history of the Hudson Valley or is it the geography? I think it has to do with both. If I was going to roam around haunting a place after my death the Hudson Valley would be on the list. After all if I like the valley when you are on this side I am sure it is just as much fun on the other side. I assume there would be all sorts of cool folks to hang out with from the past.
