Leftovers might be my favorite food in the world, and nothing beats Thanksgiving leftovers. I'm always looking for the next best thing to do with my leftovers and I think I may have found it.

You may remember when Mark and I talked about the "Turk Diggler" on our show in the morning last week. We even called the restaurant in Asbury Park, New Jersey, to talk to the owner about this crazy sandwich. The Speakeatery makes their Turk Diggler with fried stuffing as the buns, a cranberry aioli, smoked turkey, bacon gravy, and Parmesan mashed potatoes.

While I wasn't able to deep fry stuffing, I got as close to the real thing as I could. I used a dinner roll, smoked turkey, gravy, blue cheese mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and bacon bits to create the "Turk Diggler". Check out my video for the full review.
