Two Orange County residents were arrested following the execution of a search warrant. 

State Police in Montgomery conducted an investigation into suspicous activity at a local motel in the Town of Montgomery.

The investigation, which included a search warrant being executed at the local motel resulted in the confiscation of heroin, cocaine, crack-cocaine and marijuana.

Dwayne Wallace, age 53, of Newburgh, NY and Kathleen Delucia, age 23, of Montgomery, NY were both arrested and charged with: three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

In addition, Ms. Delucia had two active warrants from the Town of Newburgh and City of Newburgh. The investigation also revealed that Mr. Wallace is currently on parole for previous drug related charges.

Delucia was arraigned and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $35,000 cash bail, or $75,000 bond. Wallace was remaded to Orange County jail with no bail being set.

Both are scheduled to return to court next month.
