If you missed the humidity, it’s back.  You’ll start to see more humid weather creep in for Friday and then very humid on Saturday, until things back down overnight Saturday into Sunday. A slow-moving warm front will also bring in a threat for more showers and thunderstorms. Then a Canadian cold front will push in Friday night and wipe out any threat of showers. Friday looks like the worst day for showers and thunderstorms; while not a washout, some of these storms can produce some pretty heavy rain.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Friday:  Patchy fog expected before 8am.  Mostly cloudy, high near 84.  Scattered showers and thunderstorms for most of the day.  Expect some strong storms, with heavy rain.

Friday night:  Mostly cloudy, low around 67.  A chance of showers and thunderstorms for the first part of the night.

Saturday:  Mostly cloudy, high near 80.

Sunday:  Cloudy and high of 70.
