A little bit of everything this weekend. High pressure will stay in place for the first half of the weekend.  It will be warm and dry.  Then a low-pressure system will develop and begin to track northward Saturday night into Sunday.  This will cause periods of rain and some thunderstorms.  Saturday will be a bit cooler than it has been, temps will only get in the upper 70’s.

Also, warm and humid weather returns Sunday and will continue into next week.  Also, it will keep a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast.   Good news, most of Saturday should remain dry, but rain will overspread the area into Saturday night.

Here's the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Saturday:  Increasing clouds, high near 78.

Saturday night:  Mostly cloudy, with rain developing late.  Low around 63.

Sunday:  Rain likely and a possible thunderstorm.  Otherwise mostly cloudy, high near 83.

Monday:  Cloudy, with showers likely.  High near 81.  A thunderstorm is possible.

Tuesday:  Mostly cloudy, showers likely.  High near 83.  A thunderstorm is possible.
