Poughkeepsie Bar Offers a Free Birthday Boot

I was looking for a way to enjoy my birthday this year. I've heard rumors that Schatzi's on Main Street Poughkeepsie offers a free drink for such an occasion. There is a catch however, they give you a free beer inside a GIANT GLASS BOOT!

The Birthday Boot has become a mainstay here in Poughkeepsie satisfying all patrons on their day of birth. In order to get it for free you must be over 21 years of age, present your ID and it must be your actual birthday. No showing up a day later asking for free beer, that's just not cool.

My first birthday boot was delightful and the cold crisp Pilsner was so delicious I ordered another half liter after finishing the entire boot of metrically measured beer!
