Police Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Teen

State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks are seeking the public's assistance in locating missing teen. 

State Police need the public's help in locating 14-year-old Dakaia M. Andrew, of Beekman, New York.

Dakaia reportedly ran away from his home on January 15, 2017.  He is described as being 5'7" tall and weighing about 130 pounds.

Dakaia has brown eyes, black hair and both ears are pierced.  He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants with white lettering. He is believed to be staying with friends in the Dutchess County area.

TRoopers have searched many locations trying to locate the missing teen. Anyone with  regarding Dakaia Andrew’s location is asked to contact the New York State Police by calling (845) 677-7300.
