Earlier this week, police in Orange County used Narcan to save a man life.

On Wednesday March 21, 2018, Town of Wallkill Police responded toa an "Emergency Medical Services" call behind an area residence.

Upon arrival, police located a 30-year old Town of Wallkill resident unconscious on the ground. He was unresponsive and demonstrating signs of an overdose.
