Middletown residents Jose Guzman, age 21 and Dylan Goodlett-Rodriguez, also 21, have been arrested for allegedly stealing a Domino's Pizza delivery driver's car on Wednesday, Feb. 28.

Town of Wallkill Police responded to a report of a vehicle theft at Buckingham Mews on the last day of February. During the investigation, the pizza delivery driver told police two men had stolen his car while he was making a delivery. Additional officers stopped two suspects, one of whom allegedly attempted to flee on foot. Police said the driver identified the two as the thieves, and they were arrested. The vehicle was recovered on Regency Court.

Guzman has been charged with grand larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Goodlett-Rodriguez is charged with grand larceny, unauthorized use of a vehicle, obstructing governmental administration and criminal possession of marijuana.  Both defendants were arraigned in the Town of Wallkill Court and released with a new court date of March 21.
