A Dutchess County man is in jail without bail over allegations he sexually touched a child. More victims are possible.

On Jan. 20, Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested 34-year-old Christopher McGhee of the Town of North East over allegations he sexually touched a child.

The child and McGhee knew each other, police say.

McGhee was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A felony.

He was arraigned in Town of North East Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
