Police Continue to Search for Missing Hudson Valley Woman

Police are hoping for help as they continue looking for a missing Hudson Valley woman.

Halle P. Schmidt, 21, of Copake was reported missing by her family on Sunday. She was last seen on Green Street in Greenport on Friday, Sept. 2.

Authorities describe Schmidt as a 5’7” 125 lbs. white female with blonde hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing black jeans, a blue Lacoste baseball hat with an alligator logo, blue converse sneakers, and a blue shirt.

Investigators learned that Schmidt may have been partying on Joslen Boulevard in Greenport late Saturday night and into Sunday morning. Police haven’t been able to confirm the those reports.

Schmidt often hangs out in the City of Hudson and around the Albany Area.
