I'm not trying to rush the holiday season, but this is on top of my wish list.

A few years back the Nintendo released the Nintendo NES Classic system. The video game company released the popular consul with 30 classic games loaded in the system. Gamers and those trying to relive their childhood went nuts. Best Buy at the Poughkeepsie Galleria had a line the morning it was released.

Well, Hudson Valley electronic stores get ready.

PlayStation.com announced this week that they will be releasing PlayStation classic with 20 pre-loaded games. The PlayStation classic will also be 45% smaller than the original model.

The press release states that "Long-time fans will appreciate the nostalgia that comes with rediscovering the games they know and love, while gamers who might be new to the platform can enjoy the groundbreaking PlayStation console experience that started it all."

Only a few of the games have been announced so far. You'll be able to relive the nostalgia with games like Final Fantasy VIIJumping FlashRidge Racer Type 4Tekken 3, and Wild Arms.

PlayStation Classic will be released on December 3rd, 2018 and will cost $99.99.

Can we suggest adding Crash Bandicoot and Grand Theft Auto as some of the pre-loaded games?
