Pierre Parisi, was an example of how to live a life well. He was born in Quebec, Canada on September 28, 1951 to the late Joseph and Gilberte (Levesque) Parisi.

Pierre love the arts. In his younger years, he was a singer in a Rock Band in Canada and a Dancer on stage but found his true calling in design. He lived in many places and traveled the world many times over while designing costumes for theatrical shows then finally setting his sights on New York City's theatrical district where he joined the I.A.T.S.E. Local # 764 and pursued his life ambition to work on Broadway. For many years, he worked wardrobe at Rock of Ages, She Loves Me and many other shows. He loved his Broadway family dearly.

When you ask his friends to describe him, they use the words; adore, love, laughter, beautiful light, humble, joy, kindness, compassion, clever, style and class. With all that said, everyone's favorite quality about Pierre was that he never lost that childhood amazement, the daily wonder of life that so often gets lost in our busy lives. You were truly loved, adored and will be missed greatly. The world has lost a great light.

He is survived by his partner of 22 years Arthur L. Siegfried of Newburgh; his family in Canada and his Broadway family.

Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
