Patricia A. Heppner, 93, of Kingston, NY passed Saturday evening at the Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 23, 1924 in Kingston to the late Alexander and Francis Cahill.

She was the wife of the late George C. Heppner, the love of her life, who passed on July 14, 2010.

Patricia is survived by her three devoted children and their spouses who loved her dearly; a son Daniel G. Heppner, Esq. and his wife Elaine of West Shokan, NY, daughters Carole Eymann and her husband Bruce of Port Ewen, NY and Beth Weishaupt and her husband William of Kingston, NY, her grandchildren Elizabeth Eymann Whittle and her husband John of Wilmette, IL, Matthew Eymann of Port Ewen, NY, Caitlin Weishaupt Sanzi and her husband Stefan of Kingston, NY, Alexandra Weishaupt DeForest and her husband Christopher of Charleston, SC and Caroline Weishaupt of Kingston, her great grandchildren Georgia and Charlotte Sanzi, Jack, Molly and Margaret Whittle, a sister Jean Hays of Abilene, TX, brothers Frank Cahill of Austin, TX, and Robert Cahill of Lewes, DE and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings Alexander Edwin Cahill, Rosemary Huettinger and Daniel Cahill.

She was a graduate of Kingston High School, Class of 1941.

Patricia loved life to the fullest; she had many interests and friends, was an avid volunteer in the community, loved family gatherings, quiet times along the Hudson River and Cape Cod, and socializing with her friends. Patricia was also an accomplished artist; well know in the Hudson Valley Art community.

She was a parishioner of Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, a member of the Benedictine Hospital Auxiliary, Little Garden Club of Hurley, Ulster County Art Association and the American Legion Post 150 Ladies Auxiliary and the Wiltwyck Golf Club.

The greatest blessings in Patricia's life were her family and many dear friends.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral Service, 326 Albany Ave, Kingston NY, the family will receive their friends on Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:30 am. The procession will form at 11:30 am and proceed to the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church where at 12 noon a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial to follow in Montrepose Cemetery.
