Odds Are the ACM Entertainer of the Year Will Play in the Hudson Valley

How lucky are we as country music fans in the Hudson Valley? Every year some of Nashville's best plan to play at some of our best Hudson Valley venues and Summer 2017 is no exception. As a matter of fact I think this year is lining up to be the best yet.

The 5th Annual Taste of Country Music Festival kicks of the country concert season on June 9, 10 and 11 with some of Nashville's biggest stars. Proof is in the nominations. This year, two of the TOCMF headliners are nominated in multiple categories at this weekend's Academy of Country Music awards. Watch the ACM's live Sunday Night April 2 on CBS. Both Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert will most likely walk away with a trophy or two Sunday night. Jason once again this year has been nominated in a cherished category. He is up for Entertainer of the Year.

Jason isn't the only country artist playing the Hudson Valley this summer that got nominated in the "winner take all the bragging rights" category. Luke Bryan, who will play Bethel Woods on July 13, and Florida Georgia Line, who will be at Bethel Woods on Aug. 10, are also nominated for Entertainer of the Year at this years ACMs. I say it is pretty good odds that whoever wins will be on stage this summer in a Hudson Valley zip code.
