Are you a parent of a small child or infant and needed to use a changing table in a public bathroom, only to find that there wasn't one? As a parent, you might have had to make use of what has been called the standing diaper change, but no more.

Last week Governor Cuomo announced the passage of the Governor's 2018 Women's Agenda. Among other things, this will also make sure that there is equal access to changing tables in both the men's and women's restrooms in state-owned buildings along with access to lactation rooms.

Cuomo had this to say via press release regarding this issue:

"New York proudly leads the nation in fighting for the rights of working parents, and by ensuring access to these amenities, we will help ensure all New Yorkers can give their children the care they need at this critical stage of their lives,"
