Margaret S. McGrath, a Newburgh Resident, Dies at 73

Margaret S. McGrath of Newburgh, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 31,2017. She was the beloved daughter of the late Clarence and Sara Osterhout and the widow of the late James McGrath.
Margaret was a retired teachers aid from the City of Newburgh School District, and president of the Campbell Hall Residence Council.
Survivors include one son James McGrath Jr. and his wife Kathy of Maybrook, a daughter, Beverly McGrath of New Windsor, a brother Kurt Osterhout of NC, a sister, Linda Osterhout of Plattekill, a sister-in-law, Nancy Thompson of New Windsor, grandchildren, Daniel, Sara, Derek and his wife Tara, Lauren, great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Thomas, Giovanni, Gianna, Janaya, Brooklyn and several nieces and nephews, she was pre-deceased by her brother, Elton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 5,2017 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Doulin Newburgh Funeral Home Inc. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 6,2017 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor, NY.
