A Dutchess County man told police he has no idea where or when he was shot, or who shot him.

Just before noon on Tuesday, City of Poughkeepsie 911 received a call reporting a male shot in the leg in an apartment at the Hudson Garden Housing Project off Smith Street.

The victim stated he heard a bang and went down.

It’s believed the man was shot inside the apartment where he was found, police say
