‘Jollyman’ Operator Arrested For Public Lewdness

An operator for the transportation service Jollyman was arrested earlier this week for public lewdness.

On June, 20, 2018, State Police received a complaint of lewd acts committed by Louis F. Carrasquillo Jr, 52, of Wappingers Falls, while he was operating as "Jollyman," a transportation service.

Investigation found that he was rubbing his genitalia and making sexual comments to a passenger.

Carrasquillo was arrested, and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Beacon Court next month.
