Jo-Ann Marsh, a New Windsor Resident, Dies at 75

Jo-Ann Marsh of New Windsor, entered into rest on Sunday, January 28,2018 at the age of 75. Jo-Ann was born on August 29,1942 in Newburgh, NY to the late Joseph and Ann Ruggiero.
She was retired from IBM Fishkill and a member of St. Francis Church.
Survivors include, her husband Donald Marsh at home, one son, Warren Brooks and his wife Diana of Walden, one daughter Anna Krafft and her husband David of Cornwall, two brothers, Anthony Ruggiero and his wife Carlene of Newburgh, Robert Ruggiero and his wife Charlene of WA, one sister, Ann Canfield and her husband Ken of Syracuse, two ½ brothers, James Ruggiero and his wife Terri of SC, Frank Ruggiero and his wife Michele of FL, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31,2018 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Doulin Newburgh Funeral Home Inc.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 1,2018 at 9:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Newburgh, NY. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor, NY.
