According to NASA the November 14th supermoon will be the largest supermoon we have seen this century. The next time we will get to see a supermoon this up-close? November 2034. You're going to want to get out on Monday night and check this out. The Hudson Valley is quite populated and it can be hard to find a secluded area to get the full feel of the supermoon.

The folks over at the Hudson Highland Museum in Cornwall want you to have the best supermoon experience. so they've set up a Supermoon hike. Head on out to their Outdoor Discovery Center (on Muser Drive, across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall, NY) on Monday November 14th from 5pm until 6:30pm. If you attend you'll hike the hills and fields to find the best view of the record breaking supermoon. The event description assures us that even though the moon will be very close, it wont burn us, explode or bring upon the apocalypse. Thank goodness.
