A Westchester man is accused of selling cocaine to undercover police on multiple occasions in Putnam County.

In October, an investigator assigned to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit developed information about a man selling cocaine in the Mahopac area.

The investigator was able to contact the alleged cocaine dealer and arranged to buy cocaine from the man on at least two occasions, police say.

On Saturday, members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit arrested 42-year-old Terron A. Fleming of Somers at a Mahopac restaurant.

Fleming was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in the Town of Carmel Court and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional facility with no bail, pending a future court date.
