Hudson Valley Man in Possession of Child Porn, Police Say

A Hudson Valley man was arrested for allegedly possessing several images of child pornography.

On Friday, State Police from Haverstraw, along with the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit arrested 36-year-old Wayne Ostrander of Nyack for possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.

Authorities allege that Ostrander was found to be in possession of several pictures of child pornography on his cell phone.

Ostrander was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Nyack Court on Sept. 27.
