A Hudson Valley man was found guilty of using a concealed camera to take pictures from underneath high school girl’s skirts.

On Wednesday in Westchester County Court, a jury found 27-year-old Franklin Figueroa of Jefferson Valley guilty of unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child.

The guilty verdict stems from an incident in March of 2015. According to the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, a shuttle bus dropped students from J.F.K. Catholic High School off at the Golden’s Bridge Metro North Train Station.

Students left the bus and climbed a stairwell to the train platform in their school uniforms.

A student observed what was happening, photographed Figueroa and wrote down the license plate number of the vehicle that Figueroa ran towards after being spotted.

At the time of the incident Figueroa was employed by Laz Parking and is contracted to enforce parking at the train station.

Figueroa was soon found and arrested. Officials say several recording devices were seized from the defendant.

A search warranted revealed an earlier offense involving a student at the same train station from the spring of 2014.

Figueroa will be sentenced on Jan. 11, 2017.
