The Hudson Valley TV and movie business continues to heat up in the cool months of 2019. While the Hudson Valley Film Commission couldn't reveal much about the production, an upcoming movie set to be filmed locally will need an ice cream shop for one or more scenes.
From Bellvale Farms in Warwick to Mary Jane's Dairy Bar in Newburgh to Zoe's Ice Cream Barn in Lagrangeville, there are dozens to choose from. What Hudson Valley ice cream shop would you recommend for an upcoming production?
According to their website, the Hudson Valley Film Commission works tirelessly to increase film-related activity in the region. They've been instrumental in bringing a number of high profile projects to the region. Producers from Paramount Pictures filmed a majority of the surprise hit A Quiet Place and had this to say about their experience with the commission.
