Holiday Gala at the Vanderbilt Mansion

The holidays are upon us, and this Friday night you have a chance to see just how fancy and elegant this time of year can be. The Roosevelt-Vanderbilt Historical Association will be hosting their 3rd Holiday Gala: Christmas on the Hudson, this Friday evening, Dec.14 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at the Vanderbilt Mansion Historic Site on Rte. 9 in Hyde Park.

You will be treated to elegant holiday desserts, champagne cocktails, extravagant decorations, holiday music, and have a unique opportunity to enter the Vanderbilt's newly restored wine cellar which will be open to the public for the first time during this friday evening. Guests can have their photographs taken in the cellar and throughout the lavishly decorated mansion. Proceeds from this event support the National Parks located in Hyde Park, New York.

Each ticket holder will receive a commemorative champagne glass with the Vanderbilt "V" etched on it. Formal attire is encouraged. For more information, visit the event facebook page.
