Helen Bruce, a Kingston Resident, Dies at 96

Helen Bruce, 96, of Kingston, passed peacefully Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Hudson Valley Senior Residence, Kingston. She was born March 31, 1921 in Cannonsville, NY, the daughter of the late George and Barbara Heiss Hauber.

She was the wife of Alva F. Bruce, he died on October 23rd 2015.

For many years she was the church secretary at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Helen was also a faithful member of the church.

Helen is survived by her sons; William D. Bruce and his wife Holly of Gardiner and Robert D. Bruce and his wife Christine of Lake Katrine, five grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
