Are Thin Mints really called Thin Mints?

According to Buzzfeed, depending on where you live, certain Girl Scout cookies are called different things. The reason? Girl Scout cookies are made by two different companies: ABC Bakery and Little Brownie Bakers.

On the Girl Scout cookie portion of the Girl Scout website, you can clearly see the two different names for a variety of cookies. There are two types of S'mores cookies, two different lemon cookies, Savannah Smiles or Lemonades. Tagalongs or Peanut Butter Patties are two different names for the same cookie, as well as Trefoils or Shortbreads, and Do-si-Dos or Peanut Butter Sandwich. Finally, its either Samoas or a Carmel-deLites.

Don't worry, Thin Mints are actually called Thin Mints everywhere. However, according to Buzzfeed, the recipe varies slightly by state.

Regardless, Tagalongs are the best Girl Scout cookie of all time and I do not care what you think!
