Fresh Air Fund’s Sharp Reservation Hosts 14th Annual Sugar Maple Celebration
A sugar maple celebration to help our local children is happening soon.
On Saturday, March 18th, from 10 AM- 4 PM, the Fresh Air Fund’s 14th annual Sugar Maple Celebration will be in full swing.
The free event will have ongoing demonstrations at the “Sugar Shack”, planetarium shows, a children’s nature and craft discovery center and many more things for children and adults to enjoy; for free, according to Ashley Lake, Communications Assistant for the Fresh Air Fund.
Local food and crafts from Hudson Valley vendors, and lunch will be available for purchase (all sales are cash only).
The Fresh Air Fund has been serving children since 1877 by providing free summer experiences for more than 1.8 million NYC children from low-income communities.
