Find a New Best Friend Sept. 22 in Bardonia

Ask any pet owner for a list of things that bring them joy, and you can bet that their pet or pets will be high up on that list. Pets bring us laughter, comfort, and unconditional love. And there are so many animals waiting to be adopted.

On Saturday Sept. 22, you can find out for yourself by adopting a pet of your own. Hi-Tor Animal Care Center and Affinity Federal Credit Union are teaming up for a pet adoption day at the Credit Union, 35 Bardonia Road in Bardonia. There will be dogs, cats, and other small animals up for adoption. There will also be plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy including face painting, a balloon artist, raffles and prizes, and lots of food and refreshments.
