LEGOLAND New York is currently under construction in Goshen, NY and is scheduled to open in 2020.

Matt Besterman from LEGOLAND dropped by to reveal some exciting details about the amusement park and hotel that will be occupying 150 acres of land in Orange County.

The theme park will be situated on Route 17, with it's own on and off ramps. To insure that roads don't get too congested, LEGOLAND plans to charge for parking when guests exit, rather than when they arrive. This will allow cars to enter the park quicker and eliminate long lines during opening hours.

Here's an exclusive sneak peek at some of the rides and attractions coming to Orange County:

Besterman revealed to us what the eight different themed sections of the park will be and some of the rides and attractions planned for each of them. LEGOLAND New York will be the largest LEGOLAND theme park in existence, and will feature some new rides never before seen at any park, such as a breathtaking balloon ride and a LEGO factory tour that turns visitors into minifigures on an assembly line.

Of course, favorite attractions from other parks are also planned, such as Granny's Apple Fries and Rogue Wave Riders, which will be made bigger and better for LEGOLAND New York.
