A retired Hudson Valley cop who’s accused of killing four men plead not guilty as the FBI continues to search his home for clues.

On Monday, Tartaglione was charged in a five-count indictment for allegedly killing four men who went missing from Orange County in April and conspiring to sell five kilograms or more of cocaine.

Martin Santos-Luna, 41, 25-year-old Miguel Sosa-Luna, Urbano Morales-Santiago, 35, and 32-year-old Hector Gutierrez, all of Middletown, were last seen on April 11 near the Chester Diner.

Their murders all took place during an alleged drug deal near a bar called the Likquid Lounge in Chester, officials say. Some of the men weren’t involved in the alleged drug deal.

On Wednesday, the FBI search Tartaglione’s home a day after he was charged with the murders. Agents drove in five tinted vehicles to search Tartaglione's Bloomingburgh home, reports the New York Daily News. The FBI didn't comment after searching the property.

It's unclear if the four bodies found on Tartaglione's Otisville farm are of the missing men.
