Writer Kaitlynn Buchbaum will explore different forms of writing: poetry, journaling, fiction, and non-fiction. These forms will allow us to get in touch with ourselves through words, and will help us to get started writing. Activities include: Surrealist Writing; Journaling; Letter Writing; and Fairy Tales.

Tuesday, November 14, 2017 @ 6:00pm-7:00pm
Journaling - Traditional and Bullet Journaling: Learn about daybooks and accounts of famous writers' days, as well as how to incorporate that style into your own writing. Bullet Journaling teaches you how to write down many different types of ideas; perfect for those who are very busy!

Tuesday, November 21, 2017 @ 6:00pm-7:00pm
Letter Writing: Look at examples of how authors write to one another and try writing your own letter to another creative pal.

Tuesday, November 28, 2017 @ 6:00pm-7:00pm
Fairy Tales: Write a short story that includes a moral. It can feature magic, be full of whimsy, and a little fanciful.
