Young artists aged 10 years + are invited Thursdays in October after-school from 3:30-4:30 pm to join Art Afterschool, an hour of creative mess-making and fun in the Library's Community Room. Each week we will explore different media from paint to paper mache to cardboard sculpture. Smocks and all supplies will be provided.
As space is limited, we require registration for Art Afterschool. Call the library at 845-758-3241 to secure your child a spot!
Red Hook Public Library has been serving the community of Red Hook and its need for lifelong learning since 1898. It has been designated a five-star library by Library Journal each year since 2013. The library was chosen as a finalist for the Best Small Library in America award, given by Library Journal and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in 2015.
