POUGHKEEPSIE – Dead Radio Presents: HV Creator Fest

Hudson Valley Creator Fest will take place on Saturday, May 12, 2018 on the Lawn next to The Crafted Kup at 46 raymond avenue in Poughkeepsie. At the event attendendees will be able to peruse the locally created goods from the various vendors, interact with some of the local podcast hosts, enter the raffles for prizes, and enjoy live music. There will also be food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages available. Finally, there will be face painting available for the kids and the kids at heart.
The purpose of Hudson valley creator fest is to raise awareness and money for a local charity while also featuring locally created goods and having a good time in the process. Each year the event will feature and raise money for a different nonprofit organization. This year, The hosts of Dead radio podcast are honored to be fundraising for heroic food, a nonprofit organization based out of hudson, NY. The mission of Heroic food is to prepare and train military veterans for careers in sustainable farming, agricultural trades, and food entrepreneurship in a veteran-supportive environment.
