The Kyle Brewer Memorial Fund will host its 2nd Annual Bowl-a-Thon on Saturday April 14th at Tarsio Lanes, 137 South Plank Road (Route 52) in Newburgh from 1-4PM. Tickets are $20 and include free bowling, build-your-own Sundae Bar, and KBMF event T-Shirt. Plus you can enter our Gift Basket Raffles, with items like a Vince Camuto bag and accessories, Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa dinner and overnight package, Flat screen TV, Emerson Spa package, and many more. For the non-bowlers Spectator tickets are $10 and include a Sundae and 5 raffle tickets. Proceeds to benefit community programs related to sudden cardiac arrest in children and teens, including heart screenings and placement of AED’s, and to benefit the New Paltz High School Kyle Brewer Memorial Scholarship.
Kyle Brewer was a New Paltz High School athlete who passed away on March 15, 2015 from sudden cardiac arrest as a result of an undetected congenital heart defect. His family has established this Memorial Fund to give back to the community that was so supportive in their time of need, and to continue to promote awareness and prevention of pediatric heart disease.
