CLINTON CORNERS – Adopt A Pet Hopewell Second Annual Super Bowl 50/50 Fundraiser

Adopt a Pet in Hopewell Junction needs our help! It's a small rescue and the person that runs it could definitely use our assistance this year.

For each $20 donation, you may choose a square in our Super Bowl 50/50 Fundraiser. Once all of the squares are filled, we will then draw numbers 0-9 randomly to place along both the top and side of the squares. On Super Bowl Sunday, the person with the square that matches the last digit of the team's score at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters will receive a special "Thank You" prize for their donation- 1st quarter- $100, 2nd quarter (half time)- $300, 3rd quarter-$100, 4th quarter- (final score) $500.

Email your name, phone number, and what # square (1-100) you wish to have to kbortle@msn.com. If your square # has been chosen already, you will be notified so you can select an alternate square.

Payment for your square can be made via PayPal (kbortle@msn.com.) You must choose FRIENDS AND FAMILY OPTION SO NO FEE IS TAKEN OUT or by mailing a check to Kelly Bortle, 45 Fancor Road, Clinton Corners, NY 12514.

If paying by check, be sure to write "Super Bowl Fundraiser" on your check.

All payments must be received no later than January 25th.

**** If we do not sell all 100 boxes, we will use the money collected to do a 50/50 split for the 4 quarters of the game as well as the rescue. Money prizes may not be the full amount listed above. ****
