Dutchess County Woman Pulls Knife on Neighbor Over Satellite Dish, Police Say

A Dutchess County woman pulled a knife on her neighbor during a dispute over the placement of a satellite dish. 

Dutchess County 911 dispatched troopers to a residence in Wappingers Falls for a neighbor dispute involving a knife.

An investigation revealed that Jean Daniela, 47, of Wappingers, initiated with and used a knife to menace her neighbor over the placement of a satellite dish, according to police.

Daniela was charged with menacing in the second-degree and harassment in the second-degree.

She was arraigned in the Town of Wappingers Justice Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, or $2,000 bond.

Daniela is scheduled to return to court later this month.
