On Thursday, December 7, the Dutchess County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a home on Route 82 in Union Vale after a lengthy investigation regarding drug sales in and around that residence.

The search warrant, executed without incident, resulted in the seizure of more than an ounce of cocaine, heroin, oxycodone, MDMA/Molly, scales, packaging materials and more than $1,800 in cash.

Arrested during the search was 39-year-old Patrick Pierre-Saint who was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree with Intent to Sell. The Class B Felony charge will cause the alleged drug dealer to be arraigned in the Town of Union Vale Justice Court.  Additional charges are pending.
