Downstate Correctional Inmate Arrested as Fugitive From Justice

Police arrested an inmate at Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill, NY as a fugitive from justice. 

On the plus side, at least he was already incarcerated and not out harming people within the community.

Tyler Sinclair Scott, age 32, of Fishkill, New York has been arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.

Scott is an inmate at Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill, NY. He was wanted on a bench warrant for a Violation of Probation from Cobb County, Georgia, stemming from Felony convictions for Aggravated Assault and Terroristic Threats.

Scott was arraigned in Dutchess County Court and remains an inmate at Downstate Correctional Facility pending extradition to Georgia.
