Elnora was the daughter of Gertrude and Charles Burger, and was born in Kingston, NY. She attended Kingston High School and secretarial school, and was employed in various administrative positions until she met and married John E. Decker, also of Kingston.

Victor proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1954-1956. He attained his AAS in Electric Technology from New York Community College, his BS in Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz and his MS in Computer Science from Marist College. Victor was employed by IBM for 34 years, holding responsible positions in management, administration, strategic planning, programming and engineering in the computer field. He retired from their Poughkeepsie location in 1991.

Richard was a retired General Contractor for Countryman Brothers Contracting, Newburgh, NY. He also proudly served his country in the US Army. Richard’s early live was devoted to his Family’s heritage of Farming. The discipline and hard work of these early years was reflected throughout his professional life by the proficiency of his attentive work ethic and the quality of the structures he built. As a Farmer, Soldier, Builder, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and a Friend; Richard touched so many people with his gentleness, his sincerity, his love and most of all, his stories always filled with humor and his laughter.

Anna was a loving wife, a wonderful caring mother, and best friend to all. She was always concerned for others and looked after everyone. She enjoyed family, camping, parties and cruising. She loved to cook for an army, regardless if it was just a few people. She was full of laughter and joy and lived life to the fullest and always with a smile. She will forever be in our hearts.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Fiore, her husband Andrew and their children, Alexa and Nicholas of Spring Texas and his son, Freddie Clark; his sister Bev and her companion Gary; nieces, nephews, cousins and many great friends. In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was predeceased by his sister Kathy and brother Michael.

Michael was as stubborn as they come but he had a heart of gold. His motto was “Something Attempted, Something Done”, which he demonstrated by raising three young boys on his own. These three boys grew into extraordinary men with all the best characteristics of their father. May God relieve you of your duty, Marine. Rest now in His hands and hope he doesn’t let go after you tell him the same joke for the millionth time.
