There is no shortage of great musicians here in the Hudson Valley. And it seems that they are all ready to give their time for an important cause. And that's exactly what is happening this Sunday, Sept. 30 at The Falcon in Marlboro.

The Benefit for Domestic Violence Awareness Concert is this Sunday from 11 am through early evening at The Falcon, 1438 Route 9W in Marlboro. There will be women and women fronted bands all day on three different stages, the main room, the underground, and the new outdoor stage. The acts include some of the Hudson Valley's best musicians including Willa and Company, Lara Hope and the Ark-tones, Big Sister, Erin Hobson and the Compact, Dorraine Scofield, Amy Laber, and many more. There will also be guest speakers and councilors.

The Benefit for Domestic Violence Awareness Concert is free, but donations are encouraged. Donations will support the Grace Smith House, Hudson Valley House of Hope, and Amicable in America. For more information and the full line up and schedule of musicians, visit the website.
