Beacon Restaurant Named Best New Restaurant in Hudson Valley

As we get closer to the end of September residents of the Hudson Valley eagerly await the results of Hudson Valley Magazine's annual 'Best of Reader Poll.' Just announced, the winner in the Best New Restaurant in the Hudson Valley for 2016. The winner? Kitchen Sink Food & Drink in Beacon.

The restaurant is only about a year old and helmed by Chef and owner Brian Arnoff. The theme of the restaurant is farm-to-table and features a unique menu which is known to feature items from the Chef's family farm, Truckload Farm and Orchard in Hyde Park.

Chef Brian Arnoff spent time studying and working in Boston, Washington DC and Italy, before returning to his Hudson Valley roots to open his own place in Beacon. Want to dine at the 'Best New Restaurant in the Hudson Valley?" You might want to call ahead and make reservations. They are open Wednesday through Sunday, with dinner starting at 5PM. Sunday brunch, 11AM to 2PM and Monday nights it is all about their Fried Chicken Dinners, closed on Tuesdays.

Kitchen Sink will also be participating at the Best of the Hudson Valley Party at the Poughkeepsie Grand on Thursday October 13, 2016.
