Sarah here! Your friendly mid-day host at the best New Rock Alternative Station around..a.k.a WRRV. Originally from Florida I made the crazy move to NY over a decade ago and never looked back. Graduating from Marist College in 2007 I was fortunate enough to join the WRRV team as a weekend host...eventually earning my current and by far favorite spot. Outside the station I love, love, love my cats (yeah I'm a crazy cat lady), I love to travel the world but also love and appreciate all the Hudson Valley has to offer...it kicks butt to live in a place that churns out culinary masters and brew masters! Yum! Be sure to tune in every weekday with me 10am-3pm as I play rockin' music, make bad jokes and get you through your workday. Don't forget to send in your requests for the naked lunch at noon...after all I need your help to fill my show with great music!
