A Hudson Valley man who allegedly produces meth from his home is also accused of sexually assaulting someone.

On Wednesday, New York State Police in Ellenville arrested William H. Williams, 60, of High Falls following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault.

State Police in Kingston began investigating a report that said Williams' sexually assaulted someone on Tuesday. Police did charge him with a host of charges relating to the alleged sexual abuse but didn't go into details.

New York State Police Investigators responded to his home to interview him. As investigators entered the home they allegedly found a methamphetamine lab.

The New York York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team responded to the residence and cleared the home.

Williams was taken into custody without incident and charged with the following:

  • Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine 3rd Degree (felony)
  • Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Material 2nd Degree (misd)
  • Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine 4th Degree (felony)
  • Predatory Sexual Assault (felony)
  • Aggravated Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree (felony)
  • Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (misdemeanor)
  • Unlawful Imprisonment 1st Degree (felony)
  • Criminal Possession of Weapon 3rd Degree (felony)
  • Rape 1st Degree (felony)

Williams was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail.
