Four people, including three teens, were arrested for allegedly making plans for a terrorist attack near the Hudson Valley.

On Friday, a 16-year-old student at Greece Odyssey Academy showed other students in the lunchroom a picture on his phone and said,  “He looks like the next school shooter, doesn’t he?” Greece police chief Patrick Phelan announced at a press conference.

Another student reported the news and police investigated which led to four arrests.

During the investigation, police "uncovered … a plot to attack an Islamic community in Delaware County, known as Islamberg,” Phelan said.

Following their investigation, police charged 20-year-old Brian Colaneri and three teens, including the 16-year-old Greece Odyssey Academy student, with criminal possession of a weapon, conspiracy and the intent to use the improvised explosive devices, WHEC reports.

The group allegedly planned to attack the Muslim community which is just west of Ulster County, Time reports.

After searching five locations, police seized 23 weapons, electronic devices and multiple cylinders and mason jars wrapped in duct tape that were explosive devices, police say.

“They were homemade bombs with various items — black powder, BBs, nails, inside a container,” Phelan said, according to Time.

Police are continuing their investigation and say more charges and arrests are possible.
