Three teenagers from the Hudson Valley are all facing multiple felony drug charges for allegedly selling cocaine to undercover officers at a local supermarket.

Since the start of 2016, members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (Urgent) began an undercover investigation into drug sales in Highland.

During their investigation, 18 year-old Dominick F. Fanelli and Travis J. Cuvelier, 19, both of Highland sold cocaine to undercover officers, police say.

On Friday afternoon, Cuvelier and 17-year-old girl also of Highland, were arrested by URGENT and Lloyd Police after the pair allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover officer in a supermarket parking lot in Highland. Around four grams of cocaine was later found in Cuvelier’s vehicle, officials say.

Fanelli and Cuvelier were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, all felonies.

The 17-year-old was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy, felonies.

All three were arraigned in the Town of Lloyd Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail. Cuvelier in lieu of $30,000 cash bail or $75,000 secured bond. Fanelli in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 secured bond and the 17-year-old in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond. All three will reappear in Lloyd Court at a later time.
