Check your tickets! Two winning lottery tickets were recently purchased from two Hudson Valley counties.

In Dutchess County a Nov. 16 winning New York State Lotto Take-5 ticket was purchased at the K & D Deli located on Taft Avenue in Poughkeepsie.

The winning ticket was 07-18-24-35 with a prize amount of $31,377.

Note, that’s not the K & D Deli near Marist College. Although, if the winner did attend college, he or she could buy text books for a few, keyword few, semesters! Or likely stock up on lots of beer!

Personal note:
If you ever go to the K & D Deli, try the “Hail Caesar Wrap,” you won’t be disappointed!

A ticket with same winning numbers was also sold in Brooklyn.

A bigger prize was won in Rockland County. The Nov. 17 Take 5 winning ticket was purchased at Nick’s Convenience on Route 303 in Tappan. The winning numbers are, 03-12-18-25-34 with of a prize of $62,835.50.

So if you recently purchased a ticket, check your numbers! Or phone a friend, because “hey you never know!”
