Multiple million dollar Mega Millions winning tickets were sold in the Hudson Valley. Did you or someone you know win?

On Friday, most of the country watched in anticipation as the Mega Millions winning numbers were revealed on a jackpot that soured over $1 billion.

Sadly, no one won the grand prize. Or, maybe not sadly, because that means we all have a chance on an even bigger jackpot on Tuesday.

Friday's winning numbers were 15-23-53-65-70 with a Mega Ball of 7.

While no one in America won the grand prize, there were 15 second-prize winners of $1 million, according to a Mega Millions press release. Four second-prize winners were sold in New York and two here in the Hudson Valley.

One winning ticket was sold at the Chestnut Mart on West Main Street in Middletown, the other was purchased at the Shoprite on Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers.

The second-prize winners matched five numbers but not the Mega Ball.

Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing jackpot is estimated to be $1.6 billion, which would set a new world record, lotto officials say. The estimated cash option is nearly $905 million.
